OH MY GOD!
There's going to be an (animated) Dragonlance movie! O.O
This in itself would have made me jump around in excitement for a week, but WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Lucy Lawless (i.e. Xena) is going to be doing the voice acting for Goldmoon.
This is brilliant, excellent, wonderful news...
but...

Lucy would have made a better Kitiara, I think. But I'm sure they have their reasons for casting her as a betrothed Que Shu princess on a holy mission to find the True Gods, who eventually becomes the first true cleric to walk the lands after 300 years of post-apocalyptic doom. Like, I bet they'll want her to sing in that scene with the Blue Crystal Staff. And stuff.
Hey, at least she isn't Laurana.
Too bad Renee O'Conner can't voice Riverwind eh?
In another moment of completely random coincidence, I was playing Baldur's Gate II and doing the Planar Sphere Quest... and I found 3 stranded Solamnic Knights in the Sphere.
o.O
I guess it isn't completely random, because Baldur's Gate II is set in the Forgotten Realms universe and they share the same company/publishers as Dragonlance, but still. Solamnic Knights! Appearing in my computer games! *shakes head* Such a trip.
Someone remind me to rewrite my Dragonlance quiz to include the characters of Goldmoon, Riverwind and Laurana. And to rebalance it so that people stop getting Raistlin all the time.
