"Cedric" isn't really a name. It's a misspelling/typo in Sir Walter Scott's famous novel Ivanhoe. The actual Saxon name is "Cerdic".
I watched another episode of Hercules today with Rianna. It made me groan. Many times. Somehow I never realised how truly ridiculous this show was back when I first watched it. Today's episode featured a scary, muscular, brunette, leather-clad woman (not at all resembling Xena, lol) who moved all stiffly like a Barbie and made water-gurgling sounds whenever she moved (because she was made of water) and was all laconic like Arnold I-don't-know-how-to-spell-his-last-name in the Terminator. She was also Terminator-like in that she appeared newly formed, nude, killed someone for their clothes, and then was on a one-way mission to kill Hercules. In fact, I'm going to call her Terminator Barbie from now on. Anyway, so she's this uber Killer Indestructible Terminator Barbie who's punching (not killing, because Herc is G rated) everyone in her path and causing general mayhem... and what does Hercules say when she turns up ready to kick his ass half way to Mt Olympus?

Really, I think all these gender studies subjects are ruining everything for me. *wry grin*
Anyway.
I had a dream this morning that I was playing a Jewel song on an electric guitar and I knew exactly what chords I was using and everything. When I woke up I immediately got out my old guitar and tried to play it, but... yeah, it didn't work. Lol. Damnit! It was so clear in the dream!
