Minister moves to overhaul parenting laws

In a major overhaul of parenting laws, surrogacy will be permitted in Victoria and lesbians and single women will have access to fertility treatment without having to be certified medically infertile under sweeping changes to the state's fertility laws announced today by Attorney-General Rob Hulls.

The changes will mean that infertile couples and gay couples will no longer have to travel to other states to arrange fertility procedures and surrogacy treatments.

Another nifty thing about today is that I got a Christmas card from chilipeppasbaby. MORE YAY! I love receiving snail mail. :-)

In somewhat sadder news, my computer is having issues with its H: drive again. This means that every time I try to open WoW, the damn thing freezes and crashes. I don't know how to fix it. :(
