(no subject)

This week has just flown by. I had all five periods on today, which I kind of like for a Friday, because it means the day goes by really quickly. I'm exhausted though. Also, whoever scheduled Year 8 English for a Friday last period should be drawn and quartered.

I had a fantastic Lit class today. We read (a summarised, modernised version of) Paradise Lost and talked about religious symbolism and intertextuality and theology. It's times like this that I love my job. This first week of term has been really uplifting too, because I've learnt so much since the start of last term, and I can feel my lessons getting better.

I finished all my planning for next Monday at school, though I had to stay behind until 6:30pm to do it. But my weekend is now completely free - I don't have to think about work until next Monday. Woot!

My car is still awesomesauce. You guys suck at helping me name it though. So far, the suggestions have been:
